The aim of this track is to provide researchers a forum for presenting and discussing principles, methods, notations, processes, approaches, frameworks and tools for supporting the development and evolution of high-quality Web applications in a more effective and reliable way. Model-based approaches are of particular interest for addressing complexity, scalability, and maintainability of solutions for the development of Web applications, improving communication among participants of the development teams, and supporting the development of innovative tools and process. We also solicit empirical and comparative studies applying Web engineering methods and approaches. Results analyzing why industrial applications of web application modeling and engineering are not so frequent are very welcome.
For paper categories, submission instructions and deadlines, please see the ICWE submission page.
